What we collect
Your name and email address, the messages you choose to share in a session, your mood check-ins, and the short summaries generated at the end. We also keep basic technical logs needed to run the service.
How we use it
To provide the companion, generate your session summaries, run safety checks, and support your account. We do not sell your personal information.
Voice processing
When you start a voice session, audio is streamed to our voice partner for speech recognition and spoken replies. The text of the conversation is stored with the session so you can review it later.
Your choices
You can delete an individual reflection from your dashboard. To delete your account and associated session data, contact us through the support channel shared with your account.
Safety and age
Zoera is for adults aged 18 and over. High-risk language may trigger crisis resources. Zoera is not a medical service and does not replace professional care.
